Ipswich based job agency HIDDEN TALENT were forced to cancel a special networking event for employers recently due to the bad weather, but are now re-inviting local businesses to “Breaking Down Barriers” an event that aims to stamp out reoffending.
Hidden Talent specialise in finding work for ex-offenders and are holding the Breaking Down Barriers event at Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, Felaw Maltings in Ipswich this Friday, 1st February from 4-7pm.
Special guests will include local MP Ben Gummer and Ipswich Mayor Mary Blake.
The aim is to get local businesses to take an interest in their community and to understand the importance of actively putting an end to reoffending and how employment can bring that positive change.
It’s a free networking event and anyone interested is invited to just turn up.
