Access All Arts Success

Around 1,500 people flocked to Ipswich Town Hall for the latest Access All Arts event.

Access All Arts is a programme of activities in Ipswich Town Hall aimed at promoting community art and crafts, and organisers Ipswich Borough Council thanked partners, exhibitors and visitors for making yesterday (Sunday) such a success.

And Cathy Frost, of unique craft gift shop LoveOne, said: “It felt busy all day. The Handmade and Timeless Market was a great success, both the Council Chamber and Corn Exchange were filled with visitors all day. With more than 40 stalls to visit there was plenty to look at and buy. This was a truly local effort, which showcased the breadth of talent and individualitythat this area has to offer. Many positive comments were received from traders and visitors, so we are looking forward to more events at this great location.”

Access All Arts showcases local talent and provide opportunities for the community to participate in the arts. To find out how to get involved in this programme of events visit www.ipswich.gov.uk/aaa
