One of the most prolific and successful writers working in the UK made a guest appearance in Lavenham to help raise a staggering £3,500 for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
The Swan at Lavenham hosted the event in aid of EACH on Friday 14th November where more than 80 guests enjoyed a book signing opportunity with Anthony, followed by a three course meal and a question and answer session hosted by BBC Radio Suffolk presenter, Lesley Dolphin.
Anthony Horowitz is one of the most prolific and successful writers working in the UK. He has written over 40 books including the bestselling teen spy series, Alex Rider. Anthony’s latest book, Moriarty was released on 23rd October 2014 as the sequel to his Sherlock Holmes novel, The House of Silk. Anthony is responsible for creating and writing some of the UK’s most beloved and successful television series, including Midsomer Murders and Foyle’s War.
