Felixstowe may not be top of most people’s list for Christmas shopping, however a new ‘Bohemian/Artistic Quarter’ is flourishing in Orwell Road and fast becoming a popular shopping destination for visitors.
Several small independents have opened up between Hamilton Road and the convenient Ranelagh Road car park, breathing new life into the area and creating a buzz for the discerning shopper looking for something different in the town centre.
With Christmas around the corner, these new independents have got together to organise a festive late shopping evening on Thursday 10th December. By working together, these independent retailers are proving that small shops really can offer an attractive alternative shopping experience.
Why not join them for a glass of fizz, or mulled wine, and see what they have to offer? Some street entertainment is also planned, so if you are looking for welcoming, stress-free shopping this Christmas, where you will find unique products, this small corner of Felixstowe is the place to go!
Come and join the festive fun and find something lovely for your loved ones, and, you never know, you may even wish to treat yourself too! – The date for your diary is Thursday 10th December.
