Ready, teddy … jump!

If you want to see your favourite teddy bear parachuting from the balcony of an historic building in Ipswich you won’t want to miss this!

The daredevil toys will be part of the big Teddy Bears Picnic in Christchurch Park, organised by Ipswich Borough Council in association with The Bear Garden.

It’s free and it’s fun and it’s on Sunday 18th June between 11am and 1pm.

Just bring along your favourite fluffy friend and enjoy an afternoon of activities. These include a free teddy bear hunt in Christchurch Mansion, with a chance to win tickets to Finding Dory, one of the films being screened in the open-air cinema event on 1st July.

There is also free face painting, animal balloon modelling and a doughnut stand.

Each parachutist bear will receive a certificate for their bravery … and each jump costs £3.

Come along to the Mansion Lawn, bring your picnic and let the teddy bear party begin. You can also bring Dad – it will be a Father’s Day treat.

Details of this and all our summer fun activities are on www.ipswichentertains.co.uk
