Mind Body Spirit Festival


It’s time to feel excited! the 18th annual Woodbridge Mind Body Spirit Festival takes place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd April at Woodbridge Community Hall, from 10am until 5pm. This is a very popular, well- attended event so please be advised to arrive early.

With over 40 diverse, carefully selected stands, you will be spoilt for choice! Many new exhibitors for this year, including Gayle Harvey – spiritual counsellor and horse whisperer, Tangible Beauty real nail polish appliques and unique embroidered handmade gifts by Miss Chaitoo Designs. With psychics, mediums, healers, life coaches, readers and clairvoyants, Woodbridge 2018 is set to be another great successful event!

On offer throughout the weekend are a wide array of workshops, talks and demonstrations on subjects as diverse as UFOs and the paranormal at Rendlesham Forest, Feng Shui for health, happiness and prosperity, mental health in the modern world, from grief to recovery, trauma release exercises and the ever popular mediumship demonstration.

You can choose from a wide range of holistic healing therapies giving taster treatments, readings and natural medicine advice; holistic sports massage, relaxing and revitalising treatments, Indian head massage, deep tissue massage, Reiki and Shamanic healing. There are also natural body products, unique handmade jewellery, crystals and gem stones, candles and oils, salt lamps, psychic readings, natural crafts, and art on offer. Or why not experience an Aura photograph and reading? The Buddha Cave is a must do – Empowered Healing room and meditation space, open all weekend.

Anglian Events will be providing freshly cooked delicious hot and cold food and amazing cakes, with vegetarian and vegan options.

Musical attractions include live music from the Bards of the Heath, singer songwriter Lesley Curtis of Oakleas Rise, saxophonist Sandra Jones, plus a stunning, not to be missed, colourful performance by Mystic Bellydance.

Admission, payable on the door, includes all talks, workshops, stage performances and even the mediumship demonstration on Sunday by Metin Medium! This event is wheelchair friendly too.
