Holiday Dogs Charity Group Walks (sponsored by Hudson Signs) are designed to give dogs and owners a chance to meet and greet, and to basically go for a group walk together. Walks are open to any age and are at various locations locally, usually lasting around 1 hour to 1 hour 30mins.
They are open to anyone, any age so come along (with a dog if you have one!) and help raise money for the Animal Health Trust to help with their investigations into Seasonal Canine Illness. Donations can be made on the day, all proceeds going to the Animal Health Trust.

The last charity group walk was held in Kesgrave where dogs brought their owners along to meet up at Long Strops Entrance on Saturday 12th May. The eager dogs where keen to be let off the lead and allowed to run freely together with their new found friends.
Everyone enjoyed a much deserving walk in the sunshine with some good company along the way, making a refreshing change to walking alone in the rain!
Generous voluntary donations were made, totalling to £72.50 with all proceeds going to the Animal Health Trust to help them with their investigations into Seasonal Canine Illness (SCI).
SCI is something which every dog owner needs to be aware of as symptoms can progress at a rapid rate, and in some cases has resulted in death.
The Animal Health Trust do not know exactly what the causes SCI, but it’s generally seen between August and November and it can affect any size, shape or sex of dog and that it causes dogs to become very ill, very quickly. The most common clinical signs are sickness, diarrhoea and lethargy. If you suspect your dog is showing signs of SCI then please contact your vet immediately.
