Flying Music presents a brand new production of Thriller LIVE which tours the UK for the third time this spring.

Thriller Live is the story of the music of Michael Jackson, from the early years of the Jackson Five through to the more recent Earth Song and Michael’s solo career.

Born out of an idea by Adrian Grant, who has himself worked with Michael Jackson, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Thriller, the world’s best selling album of all time, and to pay the ultimate tribute to a man that has won more awards than any other in the industry.

The show opens with the hits from the Jackson 5 years, with the very talented, 14-year-old Dominic Smith playing Michael in his younger years. The 70’s dance routines and colourful costumes transported the audience back to that time. Then hit after hit the songs keep coming with performances of Shake Your Body Down, Blame It On The Boogie, Beat It, Bad and Smooth Criminal, plus many more.

The show concluded with a moving performance of earth song, which included the whole 14 strong cast and live band. This was followed by as the title suggests, Thriller. Many of the dance routines were carbon copies of the original music videos and were expertly put together, especially Thriller and the famous ghouls!

Thriller Live is a fantastic showcase of the talents of Michael Jackson and gives the audience a real sense of what he has achieved. Right from the start this show is full of impressive lighting, fantastic dance routines, and great music all performed on a two level stage. The high energy just doesn’t stop!
