The first Suffolk
Villages Market took place on Sunday 20th April at Henley
Community Centre, an all day event (10am-4pm) it aims to
bring traders offering a variety of items for sale. There
are also things to keep the whole family entertained including
activities for children.
The second Market takes place on 18th May 10 am until 4pm.
The venue is once more Henley Community Centre in the village
of Henley, just four miles north of Ipswich.
Stalls on the day will include: specially made handbags
and shawls, educational wooden toys, organic fruits and
vegetables, clothing for children, local wine producer,
local hampers, cards and wrapping, beauty consultant, psychic,
Jewellery, Specialist woodturner, plus more, in total there
will be 25 stalls on the day plus a caterer.
For the children there's Bouncy Castles, Face-Painting and
a 5-a-side football tournament for 7-8 year olds.
With a tombola, raffles and other competitions on the day
it promises to be a great day out. Admission is free and
children are welcome.
