Tendring Hundred Show

The Tendring Hundred Show returns to Lawford House Park, Nr Manningtree for its annual one day agricultural show on Saturday 9th July.

Celebrating everything that is great about the rural way of life in and around the Tendring Hundred.
With a strong agricultural theme the Show boasts a wealth of attractions and main ring entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

Animals are at the heart of the show with cattle, sheep, goats and heavy horse classes, light horse and donkey classes, together with the largest poultry show in the region. Small animals are not to be forgotten with rabbits, guinea pigs, fancy rats and pigeons all on show, and dog agility classes for everyone to enjoy.

With over 200 trade stands the day provides a wonderful outdoor shopping experience with a huge food hall, craft and shoppers marquee, flower tent and art show. The new ‘have-a-go’ sports area is also sure to prove popular, showcasing the availability of sport for all, from archery to weight lifting, and judo to volleyball.

There will be displays in the Countryside Arena with birds of prey and terrier racing as well as the magnificent Suffolk Punches, not forgetting the huge ‘Celebration of Education’ Marquee with over 40 local schools displaying their work, there really is something for everyone!
