Suffolk Robin Hood Game & Country Show

The Suffolk Robin Hood Game & Country Show will be at Trinity Park, Ipswich on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th October from 9.30am until 5pm.

The show has already become the largest professional Game and Country Show in The South East, with The National Game Keepers Organisation, NOBBS Professional Gun Dog Scurry, Terrier and Lurcher Show with “Field simulated” Lurcher racing competition organised by the world famous “Coursing Crew”. The show also attracts professional Ferret demonstrations from Simon Pakefield and Gundog demonstrations from Expert – Stephen Hood.

Set around a 16th Century re-enactment village, your family will enjoy Archery, Owls, Jousting, Sword-fighting and Tales from Sherwood Forest, foretold by one of Robins Merry-men. The Robin Hood Country and Game Show also promises BMX Stunt Displays, Sheep shearing, Paintball, Air-rifle Range and Laser clay pigeon shooting. For the smaller adventurers attractions include the Inflatable Fun Zone, Flight Simulators, Little Rovers, Water Zorbing, Fun rifle range, Laser Quest, the Funfair, and much more.

The Organisers of the show also welcomes the ‘All About Dogs’ Zone, a canine crazy section, completely dedicated to your four-legged friend. In this section you will find an Agility Course, Lurcher racing, Flyball competitions, Dog Shows, Gundogs, Dock Dogs and bowlfuls more!
Do you own the scruffiest dog? Do you and your dog look alike? Do you have a talented dog? If so, you could be a winner in one of the fun dog shows that take place throughout the duration of the weekend.
Watch displays of the Tendring Group Dog Agility and then come and have a go yourself. Bring your four-legged friend along to the Have a Go ring, any size, any breed can have a go, as long as it’s over a year old. Get a free certificate to take home with you for your dog’s scrapbook. So don’t wonder “Can my dog do that?”, Have a Go!

Back due to popular demand, all the way from the USA, the Dock Dogs BIG AIR competition makes a huge splash back at this years show. This fun competition involves a ball, a large pool of water and the dog that can leap the furthest. To take part in this fun event come along and register at the show

Even your dog deserves a treat! The All About Dogs Zone features trade stands selling products and accessories especially for ‘mans best friend’. From dog beds to specialist food – this section of outside stands even houses the dog experts offering a whole host of behavioral and dietary advice.
