Christmas is creeping up slowly so it’s time to start planning those presents. The ideal place to start looking is the Hadleigh Craft & Food Fair, which will be on Sunday 30th October in the Town Hall complex, from 10am until 4pm.
As always the rooms at the Town Hall complex will be full of stalls with all types of crafter’s, including card makers, jewellery, bath products, knit wear, wood turning. Whilst at the fair, a visit to the Food Hall is a must. Here visitors will find all sorts of produce to tempt them including, savoury snacks, jam makers, homemade cakes, sweets and also cook wear too.
The Hadleigh Craft & Food Fair uses all the rooms in the Town Hall Complex, which starts in the Grand Hall up stairs, which has access via lift or stairs, then make your way up the stairs, which takes you to the old Town Hall. The next room is the Council Chamber then down to the Guild Hall where you will find the Food Hall.
The dining room will be open for refreshments for after you have spent out on all your Christmas gifts or treats for yourself.
To find out more information about the Hadleigh Craft & Food Fair visit the website at www.hadleighents.webs.com where you can see which crafter’s are attending. All money raised at the craft fairs goes towards free events in the town like the Lighting up which this year is on the 4th December 2011 and also summer events and carnivals which are in the process of planning at the moment for next years Queen’s Jubilee.
