The Catering Side at Fynn Valley has joined forces with The Arboretum.
The Arboretum in Ipswich’s High Street has a well-deserved reputation for providing outstanding food using the freshest local produce. Owner and Head Chef, Ben Taylor is a member at Fynn Valley and approached the Golf Club with the idea of expanding his thriving operation into the Club, providing members and visitors with his unique take on traditional meals.
Sourcing his supplies locally wherever possible, Ben wants his message to be one of delicious food, freshly prepared, that is both local and sustainable. Ben was a participant in last year’s Master Chef – The Professionals, reaching the quarter final, out of 10,000 entrants and the club are very excited about working with him and his team to progress the catering at Fynn Valley.
With meals served either in the cosy refurbished Courtyard Bar or spacious Restaurant on busier occasions, Fynn Valley is the place to bring your family and friends for a meal.
The menu developed by the team has something for everyone – from a savoury snack for only £1.00 to a substantial meal! There is also a daily specials board with dishes developed by Ben and Head Chef Toby.
