Suffolk Owl Sanctuary: Eggcellent fun this Easter

There’s a whole lot of Family Fun to enjoy at the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary this Easter. There’s the Sanctuary’s famous Easter Egg Hunt, which will be taking place from Good Friday 6th April to Monday 9th April 2012 and the Eggcellent Easter Quiz running throughout the school holiday. For younger visitors, there’s also the special S.O.S Safari Trail.

In addition there are at least two spectacular flying displays every day, with a chance to see some of the world’s most beautiful birds of prey take to the skies in all their magnificent splendour.
Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the woodland walk; spot the shy red squirrels and laugh at the antics of the chipmunks or simply sit and soak up the spring sunshine, while the kids have fun in the Mini-Maze and Play Area.

Why not try one of Suffolk Owl Sanctuary’s unique SOS Birthday Parties, where the children will spend time close-up with the Owls, enjoy some special owlish fun and games, go on the S.O.S. Owl Safari, have a photograph taken with an Owl and receive a special goody-bag, plus the sanctuary will provide an Adopt-an-Owl Certificate for the lucky boy or girl.

There is an Adopt-an-Owl scheme, which also runs all year round and adopters can come to see their adopted owl any time at The Sanctuary.

Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is open daily from 10am until 5pm. For more information call 08456 807897 or email info@owl-help.org.uk
