A night at the Museum

Sutton Hoo comes to life before your eyes on this enchanted torch lit evening tour. Discover Sutton Hoo at night as you come face-to-face with the past and may even meet King Raedwald himself.

suttonhoo_maskThe adventure begins after dark in the exhibition hall for an out of hour’s experience. Embark on a guided tour of the burial mounds but you may not be alone… It has been said that on a clear night the lost souls of Anglo-Saxon soldiers and grieving relatives can still be seen wandering across this hauntingly beautiful ancient burial site.

Why not come along on this mystical journey and discover some of the spirits of Sutton Hoo? And afterwards return to the comfort of a steaming mug of hot chocolate by our flaming fire.

Experience Sutton Hoo as you never have before, bring a torch and get ready to meet some ancient warriors!
