On Saturday 28 June the East Coast Live event will be headlined by Jessie J who will be joined by Rizzle Kicks and top girl band The Saturdays. Catapulting into the charts and into the hearts of teens across the nation, The Vamps are also on the bill. Union J and US hip hop artist Jason Derulo will also perform the poptastic shows. Three additional hot pop acts were recently added to the bill including chart topper Katy B, hyped girl band Neon Jungle and new to the scene, Rixton, complete an already stellar line up.

If that isn’t enough, the following day Sunday 29 June catch Busted and McFly’s supergroup McBusted, alongside the worlds biggest boyband, The Backstreet Boys. Also on the poptastic bill is English indie rock band, Scouting For Girls, whose Greatest Hits album fired straight up the charts last summer, now they’re back to play the hits live. Joining the lineup is 5IVE, who are fresh off hit TV show, The Big Reunion and its subsequent live shows – The Big Reunion: On Tour. Rounding up with Britain’s Got Talent winners, Diversity, who will be bringing their dance moves all the way across the UK after sellout shows last year.

Director of Live Music at AEG Live, Sam Bush, who is responsible for the shows said, “We were overwhelmed with the response to the two shows from the local community that we decided to offer a weekend ticket so no one missed out. With 14 acts playing full sets across two days it’s going to be an incredible weekend!”

With the sun showing its face these past few weeks – all you need now is a ticket to what’s set to be a huge weekend of music and fun!
