At Kay Fletcher Fitness we combine healthy eating and exercise all in one class, which has proved to be a winning formula. We all know to lose weight we need to eat less and exercise more and what better way than joining one of our classes where we do just that – we offer nutritional advice and exercise in one class. Our exercise programme is designed to help everyone whatever their fitness level – you work to your own level and gradually over the weeks you will be amazed at how quickly you can improve your fitness levels.

We not only offer 14 weigh-in and exercise classes each week, but also run short courses in HiiT (High Intensity Interval training) for those that want to get the most out of a 30 minute exercise programme and also a 45 minute Kettlebell course, plus regular Saturday morning Bootcamps.
