Take to the skies for sport

On Saturday 8th August, Sports Development Manager for Inspire Suffolk, Tom Nicholas will be taking to the skies to take part in a daring Skydive from Beccles Airport to raise valuable funds for the Disability Football project run from Inspire Suffolk in Ipswich.
The project, run by the charity, offers sporting opportunities for children, young people and adults with physical and/or learning disabilities allowing them to access both training and competitive provision in a safe and fun environment.
Creating sporting opportunities for those with physical or learning disabilities is something Tom is passionate about as the leader of the Ability Counts project for the past three years and also Disability Officer for Inspire Suffolk. Tom said of his Skydive, “I’m aiming to raise funds to not only further develop the existing disability football projects we offer, but also to create a new sporting provision for those with additional needs to be delivered by Inspire Suffolk.”

Tom has a special JustGiving page at www.justgiving.com/Tom14Skydive

His target is £800 although Tom would love to exceed that figure. He is looking for donations, however large or small, to help the disability sport provision at Inspire Suffolk go from strength to strength. Alternatively Tom Nicholas has a sponsor form if you’d like to call the charity Inspire Suffolk on 0845 1369 333 they will send you a copy.
