Woodbridge festive market

The Mammoth Christmas Street Fair is back on Sunday 6th December between 10am and 4pm. More than 140 stalls take over the Thoroughfare and Cumberland Street in Woodbridge to give shoppers inspiration, a vast range of items to browse and some great bargains!
Shoppers can browse and buy Christmas gifts from handmade goods such as pottery, soap and wooden garden furniture to seasonal food, clothing, crafts and plants. The market is always very popular and is growing every year with new stall holders bringing an even wider selection of goods. The smell of festive food and the sound of Christmas carols fill the air as shoppers enjoy a festive and fruitful day out.

Tim Fincham, Owner of Woodbridge Sandwich Shop and Organiser of the Christmas Market said, “This market has been going for over 15 years and each year it seems to attract more stalls and shoppers both local and from farther afield. It is a lovely way to begin the build up to Christmas and pick up some fabulous deals, gifts and decorations.”

Chris Harrold, from Choose Woodbridge, added, “We fully support Tim with this event. It’s a lot of work to pull together and we really appreciate his time and effort. It’s a great market with a superb atmosphere and it brings a lot of people into Woodbridge. Plus – it really does signal the start of the Christmas period.”
