Dead Groovy: Murder & Mystery evening

Get into the groove as there’s an appetite for murder, and the scene of the crime is moving to Snape! After last year’s hugely popular debut event, the Long Shop Museum are once again presenting a Murder Mystery evening, this time in Snape Village Hall, on Saturday 12th March at 7pm.

Dead Groovy is set in a 1960s Night Club, the Kinky Kitty, where there has been a lock in and a lot of after hours drinking. But one person will never get out alive!

The evening will be based on five acts, professionally narrated by Mark Mower, with clues and twists served up between a three course dinner, coffee and mints. But can you work out who the culprit was?

The Long Shop Museum will also be looking for a selection of budding thespians to fill the characters in the play, so if you fancy giving it a go, please let them know when booking. Tickets are priced at £30 each and numbers are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment by emailing

The event is organised by Museum volunteers and all proceeds go to supporting the Long Shop Museum. Further details can be found on the museums website, www.longshopmuseum.co.uk.
