Spring is just around the corner and with that comes the 2016 Ipswich Gang Show. 68 members of the Scout and Guide Movements from in and around Ipswich are busy rehearsing to bring you another colourful, fast moving 2 ½ hours of family entertainment.
The Show starts with an opening number dedicated to the founder of Gang Shows, Ralph Reeder. The Show moves on at a roaring pace with songs from the movies including 5 Guys Named Mo and Spamalot. There are short comedy items and the obligatory men’s drag number – dancing to “Single Ladies”.
This year is a special year for the Mini Gang – their 25th year as part of the Ipswich Gang Show. The Mini Gang is made up of Cub Scouts between the ages of 8 and 11 and this year they are celebrating with a reprise of the past 25 years.
