Tide Mill gets new trustees

Woodbridge Tide Mill Trust is pleased to welcome two new Trustees on board.    Lady Caroline Blois and Clare Perkins were recently nominated by Woodbridge Town Council.
Nigel Barratt said, “Having completed the restoration, with the help of many volunteers, the next stage is to consolidate all our hard work”.   He went on “Our ambition is to make the Mill as self-sustaining as is possible, and a strengthened Trust with these new trustees is a key element in this aim”.
Lady Caroline Blois has been active in public life as a member of East Suffolk Health Authority and chairman of the managers of St Audreys, is in her 5th year as a Town Councillor and currently chairman of its Amenities committee.    Clare Perkins has lived in and around Woodbridge for 12 years, runs a successful local business, and this year is Deputy Mayor. Both will be taking an active role in helping to manage the Tide Mill and maintain its attraction, which will make a significant contribution to its long term future.
