The Spa has a hugely busy December as they begin with Everlasting Light from Saturday 3rd until Sunday 11th December.
This is a show of festive music new and old, woven together with a fun retelling of the Christmas story. Each show features children from different local primary schools – with around 200 youngsters on stage every evening. Details of which school is performing are on the event details page of The Spa website. Along with the children will be a live ten-piece band with soloists, dancers, videos and seasonal sketches for a great live musical experience. The concert is raising money for water and sanitation projects in south west Uganda through the charity Tearfund and The Everlasting Light CD & DVD featuring all of the children will be on sale at each concert.
Next is the Dennis Lowe Theatre Company’s Jack & the Beanstalk – oh yes it is!
