If you want to cycle through the beautiful Suffolk countryside in the 2019 Crafted Classique this summer you can save a bit of money by signing up now.
Hundreds of riders take part every year in an event organised by Ipswich Borough Council and principal sponsor Crafted, the digital marketing company, and supported by British Cycling.
It’s all happening on 10th August between 7am and 6pm – starting outside the Cult Café, University of Suffolk.
How far you ride is up to you – there are three courses of 55km, 100km and 100 miles – and riders can savour a complimentary coffee and a bacon roll on the start line before taking in some fabulous views on this timed event.
After the ride, entrants can celebrate with a massage, a gourmet burger and a refreshing half pint of beer on the Waterfront in Ipswich.
Entry to this sixth annual event costs £30 but you can save a fiver by booking up before next Tuesday 23rd April.
Whether you are a regular on the sportive scene, looking to take on your first cycling challenge, or just want a day out with the family, this premier cycling sportive of East Anglia has something for everyone.
Ian Miller, CEO of Crafted, said: “The Crafted Classique offers a cycling sportive experience for all rider abilities and we’re thrilled to be supporting it again for the sixth year running. We are big fans of cycling at Crafted and you will see our team taking part on the day down at the impressive Ipswich Waterfront location.”
