New Play: The World Turned Upside Down

A new play by Red Rose Chain follows a group of young people growing up in Puritan, Ipswich who begin to question what is happening and challenge the persecution which is turning their world upside down.

Ipswich theatre company, Red Rose Chain is celebrating after being awarded £95,000 from The National Lottery Heritage Fund towards a new project focussing on the 1645 Suffolk witch hunts.

Made possible by money raised by National Lottery players, this project will bring together learning from work produced by three targeted community groups and a professional theatre production created by Joanna Carrick.
