Head to Stonham for shopping or entertainment


Stonham Barns Leisure & Shopping Village is a bustling family complex filled with an abundance of attractions and activities to suit all, providing a wonderful family experience in the Suffolk Countryside.
Great family events are hosted throughout the year in the Showground, Barn and Theatre. On Saturday 8th February from 9.30am until 1.30pm back again to celebrate its 25th year is the East Anglian Potato Day, one of the few events in the country dedicated to the humble potato. This very popular event has many people queuing early to get their seed potatoes for the rest of the year. There are over 80 varieties to choose from so come along and choose your favourite. Tickets Adults £1.50 on the door.
Then during February half term from Tuesday 18th to Thursday 20th, come and join Barnsley and his team for Barnsley’s Big Party 2020. A fantastic experience the kids will love filled with magic, illusion, comedy, party dancing and much more. 2pm each day. Prices Children £8.00. Adults FREE. Come along and enjoy the fun. Also back again for February half term are Bloomfields Amusements with their Traditional Children’s Fun Fair, look out for their new bumper cars.
If you are coming along to an event or even if you are just planning to visit there is always plenty of to do at Stonham Barns, you will find a fabulous Golf Park which is made up to 8 different golfing activities including Smugglers Bay Adventure Golf, golf simulators, nine-hole golf course, footgolf and golf darts. The Teapot Pottery and Tea Room with a wonderful range of beautiful teapots for sale or take the opportunity to paint your own masterpiece and whilst you there try the wide range of speciality teas and coffee and the delicious home-made cakes.
There are two fully stocked fishing lakes where you could enjoy a relaxing day of fishing or enjoy a fishing holiday.
A shopping village with a convenience store, post office and a wonderful range of unique shops which include clothes, furniture, jewellery, toys, plants, crafts, hot tubs, books, garden products, beauty products, sweets, collectables and so much more. The Bistro which serves delicious food seven days a week.
For the younger ones in your family visit Tumbledown Soft Play Barn or the children’s playzone which has a bouncy pillow and static steam train.
