What’s happening at the Felixstowe Spa this June (22)

Felixstowe’s award-winning Spa Pavilion Theatre has something for everyone this Summer including a fantastic way to mark the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen. ‘A Right Royal Knees Up’, at 3pm on Wednesday 1st June, is guaranteed to put you in a platinum party mood and stars Leah Bell and Jimmy Cricket.

On Saturday 4th June, “Oh What a Night” you’ll have with ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’ – The ultimate tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons!

With an all-children cast, Foggies Theatre Group make their debut performance at The Spa on Sunday 5th June, with ‘A Dream is a Wish’. This magical, almost Disney-style show will transport you into an Arabian Night, through a Wonderland, and flying across Neverland and is suitable for all the family.

‘Dreams of Fleetwood Mac’ will be at The Spa on Friday 10th June, with a tribute as close to the real thing as possible. All seven professional members play live, with all the passion, energy and respect that the legendary band deserve.

The very next day (Saturday 11th June), the legend that is Jimmy Tarbuck makes a welcome return to The Spa – an incredible 39 years after he was last in the ‘Summer Season’ shows, very fondly remembered by so many of us.

On Friday 17th June, together with her mini orchestra, coloratura soprano Christina Johnston brings you the very best from her amazing repertoire, with songs from the West End and Broadway as well as classical and operatic hits, all performed with her unique and spellbinding voice.

The next night (Saturday 18th June) sees something entirely different, with ‘Royalty in Concert’! This show is led by Navi (the world’s no.1 Michael Jackson impersonator), and also stars Beverly as Whitney (“The Queen”), and Toni as Prince.

Finally, on Saturday 25th June, the much-loved ‘Simon & Garfunkel Story’ returns to The Spa. This 50th Anniversary Celebration features a full live band, performing all the hits.
