Plant nursery re-opens
Enjoy a Spring outing to ActivLives plant nursery in Chantry Park, Ipswich, when they re-open to the public on Tuesday 30th March at 10am.
They have a wide range of perennials, Geranium and other plants on offer – with bedding and a new range of plants coming in soon.
The dedicated team of staff and volunteers will be on hand to guide you safely round this community-run heritage site and help you pick something special for your garden or community green space.
If you can’t visit when they are open – every Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 2pm – you can order at the online plant catalogue www.activlives.org.uk/activgardens. Just download an order form and email over with your choices.
All plants are grown at ActivGardens – Chantry Walled Garden, in Chantry Park and the People’s Community Garden, on Maidenhall Allotments – as part of projects to nurture skills and build confidence.
