Spring at Two Sisters Arts Centre, Trimley


Two Sisters reopen in March with a packed programme for the new season opening with an afternoon treat 

Sunday 1st March 3pm Emily Bennett brings her acclaimed concert version of PIAF to the space.  With Matthew Snow on accordion, Oliver Wood on piano and Hattie Bennett on bass. This will be a real treat not to be missed

Friday 6th March 7.30pm is the first ‘jazz of the month’ sessions with saxophonist Martin Speake and his band who are bringing a programme called Charukesi which combines world music and jazz. 

Sunday 8th March 7.30pm there is The Garfunkles – two local young men who combine their vocal talent to cover the music of Simon & Garfunkle 

Friday 13th March 7.30pm Mark Harris – newly arrived in Felixstowe from Sheffield – brings his talented classical guitar playing to the space

Saturday 14th March 7.30pm rock the house with Chemistry who cover the music of 60’s/70’s Canadian band Rush.

Friday 20th March 7.30pm theatre group Don’t Go Into The Cellar are performing Sherlock Holmes Strikes Back 

Saturday 21st March 7.30pm there’s a change to relive the music of the 1970’s with Klean Break 

And, finally Tuesday 24th & Wednesday 25th March 7.30pm Black & White Productions’ latest show makes its debut at Two Sisters 

The Coming Of Messiah written by Suzanne Hawkes looks at the fascinating story behind the creation of Handel’s masterpiece with live music from Hattie Bennett’s string Quartet and two fabulous sopranos performing extracts from the oratorio.
