Middy Suffolk Craft Fair day cancelled
With regret the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway have decided to cancel the Craft Fair Day on Sunday 19th July, due to continued weather warnings, which has reduced the number of exhibitors. Rather than disappoint visitors the Middy feels it better hold off until next year when hopefully weather expectations will be more favourable.
Otherwise the Middy will be opening as normal on Sunday 19th July for steam train rides in genuine Victorian carriages and all the railway’s usual attractions, Museum, tea room real ale bar and restoration shed visits and visits to the USAAF 34th Bomb Group Museum who are based at the MSLR.
The Mid-Suffolk Light Railway is open summer Sundays and bank holidays until 31st August. Opening times 10.30 to 4.30, first train 11.00. Standard entry fees are:- adults £15.00, children under 16 £8.00, families (2+2) £38.00. You can ride the trains as often as you like and parking is free.
